SEDR Recruitment was founded by Daniel Lewis, a recruitment consultant with over 15 years’ experience in civil engineering and infrastructure.



The business is built on a simple principle — combining deep sector knowledge with a hands-on, delivery-focused service. Every client works directly with Daniel and his core delivery team, ensuring accountability, transparency, and quality at every stage.

Founder-Led Expertise

Daniel has worked alongside some of the UK’s leading contractors in Earthworks, Remediation, and Heavy Civils, supporting project delivery from early works through to completion.



 

This direct involvement gives SEDR a unique advantage — understanding not just the job titles, but the people, projects, and pressures behind them.

Our structure mirrors the projects we recruit for.
We operate dedicated Operations, Engineering, and Commercial delivery streams, allowing us to map and engage talent across all phases of project delivery.



 

While our resourcing support flexes based on workload, the recruitment process always runs through Daniel to maintain quality and consistency.

We use a blend of in-house and remote resourcing support to maintain speed and coverage, while all shortlists, introductions, and negotiations are overseen directly by Daniel.
